We have over 100 years of combined engineering and operations management experience in industrial processing.  This experience spans the entire manufacturing supply chain including production, maintenance, quality assurance and warehouse operations.  We are active participants in process related industry associations.  We are continually upgrading our technical skills in processing to stay abreast of the latest technical advances and changing regulatory requirements.  We have supported a range of clients including start-up ventures, multinational companies, industry associations and government.

 

The most effective application of our experience is achieved when combined with the internal experience of our client stakeholders, who have an intimate understanding of their unique operations and requirements.  This synergy of experience enables us to deliver innovative solutions that provide high productivity returns to our clients.

 

Through previous assignment, project purchases and factory tours, we are very familiar with the key providers of technology.  Unlike other firms, we are not aligned with any manufacturers or technology suppliers.  We remain vendor neutral and maintain the best interests of our clients in identifying technically capable, high quality and competitively priced technology solutions.

 

We effectively define and integrate the critical design elements of each project.  Best practices and latest technologies are identified with respect to the design components as well as the project implementation.  Where applicable, impacts to existing daily management and information systems are considered.  This approach supports the selection of optimal design and phasing strategies, and provides an early return on investment.
