Trimark Engineering provides process design engineering services through an experienced team of professionals.
We are experienced in the process design of bulk material handling, process and packaging operations, distribution warehouses, receiving/shipping facilities and related infrastructure.
Our food processing experience covers a wide range of the industry, ranging from meat slaughter and fresh pack vegetables to snack foods and ready-to-eat meals. We are familiar with both domestic and international regulatory requirements relating to facility construction and food safety systems.
Our vegetable oils and fats processing experience includes process engineering for feasibility studies, process planning, technology selection and detailed design. This includes processing of biofuels. Our key engineering resources have both engineering and operations experience in seed cleaning, crushing, solvent extraction and refining. This includes on-site supervision of process installation and commissioning. We have provided engineering services for two of the largest canola seed crushing and canola oil refining companies in North America.
We work closely with our clients to effectively define the critical process design elements of each project. Internal stakeholders are involved where possible. We facilitate scope development and trade-off analysis to integrate design elements within the project. This work includes process flow optimization and the identification of value engineering opportunities. Best practices and innovative technologies are referenced.
