Trimark Engineering obtained ISO-9001 quality management registration in 1998. The ISO quality management program provides a structured approach to ensure the delivery of consistent and high quality services.

Our ISO quality management systems are aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI) good management practices as defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge. We utilize PMI processes to mitigate risk and to identify continuous improvement opportunities. These processes provide the foundation of controlling processes required to move systematically and effectively through the project phases.

In addition to our ISO-based quality systems, the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA) requires that all permit holders develop and maintain a Professional Practice Management Plan (PPMP). This PPMP provides an effective means to mitigate risk and to maintain a high quality of service. Trimark has developed a PPMP specific to the engineering design and project management services provided.

Our design and project management systems are audited for quality checks on a regular frequency. This process flags potential issues for early intervention and mitigates risk throughout the project.
